The Sinus Dynamics™ Prescription Process

How to get started with Sinus Dynamics™

Sinus Dynamics™ General Home Pharmacy will provide a pre-printed prescription pad for each ordering physician in the office to facilitate getting Sinus Dynamics sinus treatment to the patient. Upon receipt of the prescription pad the Physician's office will need to:

  • Provide complete patient information in the designated section.
  • Check the appropriate medications, treatment frequency, and duration boxes.
  • Provide Physician's signature.
  • Fax the form toll free to 888.414.0666.
  • Sinus Dynamics™ General Home Pharmacy will take care of the rest.

Once we receive the prescription:

  • One of our team of insurance representatives will locate the patient's provider and determine any out-of-pocket expense.
  • The patient will then be contacted by our representatives and informed about all out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays and deductibles prior to shipping and billing.
  • The order is shipped via UPS directly to the patient and in most cases a patient can expect to receive their medication and equipment within two (2) days. Refrigerated medication will be shipped overnight at no cost to the patient.
  • Each new patient prior to the initial first treatment is instructed to call Sinus Dynamics (877) 447-4276 to receive thorough instruction about the use of all medications and equipment provided as well as proper assembly of each device purchased. Patients are also encouraged to use our website for any questions or visual demonstrations for clarification on any of our products.
  • Patient follow-up is performed during and after treatment by Sinus Dynamics customer service representatives.
  • Physicians will be notified via fax or email concerning each patient's outcome.
