Managed program for sinus relief

Sinus Dynamics™ offers a selection of drug delivery devices designed to treat the nasal and sinus regions with compounded medications topically. Unlike oral or intravenous therapy, a topical sinus treatment has an additional benefit of a low systemic absorption rate greatly reducing the risk of side effects.

Our pharmacy custom compounds liquid and liquid gel antibiotic, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory medications in our quality controlled laboratory. Upon receipt of prescription, we ship our medications sinus care device directly to the patient's home. We bill insurance for all equipment and medications as part of our customer service. Patients are never sent equipment or medications without understanding their co-pays and deductibles. In addition:

• Patients are consulted on use of equipment and medications prior to and during use of our equipment.
• Patient follow-up is performed after treatment and Physicians are notified via fax or e-mail concerning treatment outcome.
• Medications are custom compounded to the physician's specifications.
• All medications come with customized instructions.
• General Home Pharmacy uses a translation service to communicate in over 150 languages for patients whose native language is neither English nor Spanish.
• All prescriptions are shipped 24 to 48 hours after fax prescription received from a Doctor's Office.

Sinus Dynamics™ is contracted with over 14,000 insurance companies nationwide. We accept Medicare, VA, HMO & PPO plans. Patient advocate payment relief assistance program is also available.

• Insurance billing for all equipment and medications is part of our service.
• Patients are informed all of co-pays and deductibles before starting the program.
• If a patient is uninsured, payment plans are available through Sinus Dynamics.
