Sinus Dynamics™ offers custom compounded medications that topically treat the nasal and sinus regions with a selection of sinus drug delivery devices. A topical sinus treatment ensures a low systemic absorption rate greatly reducing the risk of side effects, unlike oral or intravenous therapy.

Aerosolized Therapy

Aerosolized therapy is a topical treatment that delivers medication directly into the hard to reach upper sinus regions. Sinus Dynamics' aerosolized therapy is a method that topically treats sinus infections with a medicated mist of antibiotic, antifungal and /or anti-inflammatory medications. Sinus Dynamics offers a state of the art aerosolizing nebulizer device that produces an ultra-fine 1.0 to 3.2 micron sized aerosol mist. The nebulizer sends the medicated mist upward through the tiny sinus openings, entering deep into the obstructed and inflamed sinus cavities. Aerosol therapy is often prescribed for individuals suffering from sinus conditions such as acute and chronic sinusitis, including nasal allergies.

Sinus Dynamics offers three state of the art Nebulizer devices that treat sinus conditions. The SinuTouch™, SinusAero™, and SinusAero Dx™ are all nebulizer devices that offer quick treatment time and lightweight portability. Each sinus treatment is completed in approximately three to five minutes for most medications.

Atomized Therapy

Atomized therapy uses positive pressure to propel solutions deep into the sinus cavities providing relief and treatment to the sinus area. The NasaTouch™ Portable Powered Atomizer device, offered exclusively by Sinus Dynamics, has the ability to atomize 2 mls of solution deep into the sinus cavity in only 30 seconds with a capacity to hold up to 15 mls of solution. Atomized Therapy is a treatment method that delivers medications and solutions directly into the nasal passages, sending the medicated mist upward, and depositing the solution deep into the sinus cavities.

The NasaTouch device can be used with physician prescribed solutions that are designed to be administered topically into the nasal passages and sinus cavities.

Medicated Irrigation Therapy

Medicated Irrigation Therapy is frequently prescribed for patients diagnosed with allergic or perennial rhinitis. While a patient irrigates, the saline and medicated solution saturates the nasal lining and flushes out excessive secretions as well as removing airborne allergens. Medicated Irrigating Therapy cleanses the lower sinus cavities and deposits solutions, maximizing mucociliary function while promoting sinus health and relieving impacted sinuses that need to be drained. Medicated Irrigation, however, cannot reach the upper sinus cavity infection or upper sinus inflammation. Medicated Irrigation Therapy, typically, only addresses the nasal passages unless the patient has had a previous sinus surgery.

The ActiveSinus™ Irrigator bottle is well designed and does not require an inner tube, unlike other brands.
